Interviewing C-level candidates requires a different approach than simply running through a list of questions. In our Executive Interview Training, we teach private equity professionals how to make a real impact in high-level conversations.
The training consists of an intake and two half-day sessions. The first session focuses on a structured interview methodology. The second dives deeper into assessing leadership and interpersonal skills. We work with realistic cases, enabling participants to apply the theory immediately. The training receives high ratings from participants.
