For a leading European retail tech platform, we are looking for a senior logistics leader to define long-term logistics strategy and elevate carrier partnerships to the next level. With millions of customers and a growing international partner base, logistics is a core pillar of the platform’s success, and the coming years will be decisive for its evolution.
The new Head of Logistics Strategy & Carrier Partnerships will be responsible for steering major investment decisions, expanding international logistics capabilities, and driving performance across an asset-light network. The scope spans the full supply chain, including warehousing, distribution, last-mile, and returns. The role combines internal strategic responsibility with high-stakes external negotiations.
As part of the logistics leadership team, this person will lead a team of approximately 20 professionals, oversee multi-million-euro investment proposals, and represent the logistics function in board-level discussions. Around 20% of the role is focused on managing strategic carrier relationships, including negotiating complex multi-year agreements.
We are seeking a female candidate with a strong track record in logistics strategy, preferably within B2C or platform-driven businesses. Someone who combines analytical sharpness with commercial insight and operational pragmatism. The ideal candidate is credible in senior stakeholder settings and experienced in translating strategy into scalable execution.
