For a fast-growing international energy technology group, we are looking for a European HR Director to lead the people agenda across a network of brands and markets. With a strong footprint in solar mounting solutions and a clear ambition to become the EU market leader, the organization is entering a new phase of integration and growth.
The HR Director Europe is a full member of the European leadership team and reports directly to the CEO Europe. The role combines strategic responsibility with operational depth: driving leadership and culture, improving engagement, strengthening HR operations, and building a future-proof organization. The scope includes multiple hubs across the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and France, with an HR team of 10 professionals.
Following a period of transformation, the company is investing in its HR foundation. The new HR Director will define the future ways of working across Europe – combining structure and flexibility, control and empowerment. Key themes include organisational effectiveness, leadership development, cost control, and performance enablement.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR leader with international experience, strong change instincts, and the ability to connect across functions and cultures. The ideal candidate brings a pragmatic, no-nonsense style, and is capable of turning plans into execution.
