For a leading European e-commerce platform, we are looking for a Head of Supply Chain Excellence to transform a complex operation into a strategic advantage. The organization is a digital leader with millions of customers, thousands of suppliers, and a logistics network that spans hundreds of thousands of SKUs.
The Head of Supply Chain Excellence ensures the platform’s vast inventory remains available, agile, and capital-efficient. This person leads a team of 35+ professionals and manages the full journey from purchase order to warehouse shelf. They drive improvements in S&OP, order scalability, working capital rotation and supplier integration, including direct imports from Asia.
The new colleague is part of the MT of the internal retail organization and works closely with the logistics MT. Her team plays a key bridging role between supply, demand and fulfilment. They are expected to deliver capacity gains through smart optimization, not just by expanding footprint.
The ideal female candidate combines supply chain strategy with operational leadership, strong stakeholder management and experience in fast-paced retail or platform environments. A background in complex inventory management and a track record in cross-functional collaboration are essential.
