Ilse: “For financials FrieslandCampina is an interesting organisation to work for. Our passion is getting more out of milk and aim to help people move forward in life. It’s really surprising how comprehensive the process of distracting all types of products out of milk to begin with. And the impact it has on the complexity of internal (finance) processes is very interesting. The whole (international) supply chain is large and complicated and the managing of the business from a finance perspective as a consequence is a complex matter. And matters as export and many intercompany processes and transactions make it even more interesting.”

“Besides that things are changing rapidly. The list of projects is extensive. Worldwide we work on a SAP implementation to have only 1 in the nearby future. This implicates that every few months there are system updates. Procurement processes are modified which have implications on our work, legal structures within the organization change and we are in a situation towards more and more standardizing processes and  reports.”

Wat you are going to do

This team (13.5 FTE) includes clusters Labour, Tax, Journals and Assets. You will manage operational processes in line with internal and external legislation and Service Level Agreements with internal customers.

 

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • People Management: Lead, coach and develop employees;
  • Timely, correct and complete closing in SAP and HFM;
  • Timely, correct and complete submission of tax (VAT) declarations;
  • Standardize and optimize processes continuously;
  • Take part in change projects and implement changes;
  • Monitor compliance to accounting standards, ICF and fiscal requirements.

Complexity within the processes is in:

  • Complex (international) organization structure within SAP;
  • Continuous changes of environment (e.g. organization changes, fiscal changes, new requirements, regulation, internal controls);
  • Multiple application platforms and ICT solutions;
  • Multiple internal customers and multiple business disciplines;
  • High number of (sub) administrations.

 

Education and experience

To be successful in this position, you are/have:

  • Master degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting;
  • Minimum 6 years work experience;
  • Knowledge of IFRS, SAP (ECC and BW) and Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a plus;
  • Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
