The Sr. Key Account Manager (Sr. KAM) has a major responsibility to build the business in a sustainable way and P&L responsibility (i.e., achieving business goals). The Sr. KAM will have the full responsibility of the total Color business of AS Watson BNL. Sr. KAM is directly responsible for the business of MaxFactor. The other color cosmetics brands are managed by a Key Account Manager, who directly reports into the Sr. KAM.
