Our new HR Manager will contribute to build and professionalize the HR department together with HR colleagues. You translate business strategy into HR strategy and combine strategic- tactical and operational work. The job encompasses the whole spectrum of HR. Tour target audience for whom you are an HR Business Partner will be mainly the functions within the Benelux headquarters (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, QESH). Also you will be an important driver of the HR strategy and processes in the Manufacturing organization. You are the sparring- partner of HRBP’s and senior management. Next to this, you contribute to the professionalization of the HR department. You report directly to the HR Director Benelux.
