Digital is a strategic cornerstone for Coty worldwide, and the Benelux region is no exception. In a nutshell: Coty Benelux has major ambitions in the online market for beauty. In order to realize these aspirations, it has been decided to create a new role in the Coty Benelux team, reporting directly into the General Manager: “Head of E-Commerce”.
The goal of this role is to deliver sales results for the strategic E-Commerce accounts. These accounts are Pure Players as well as Omnichannel Retailers. The HoE is responsible for the development and execution of a successful E-commerce strategy in the Benelux. In first instance, the HoE will lead one direct report (that is also presently recruited). It is anticipated that this new E-Commerce team will grow in the future.
