Wat je gaat doen

The goal of this role is to create and deliver an compelling online experience, to drive new traffic and to turn visitors into customers while maximizing overall profitability of the online business. The E-commerce leader is an ambassador of the Coty Brands and leads the strategy development & implementation for the E-commerce clients, which are often multichannel active (i.e Wholesale/E-commerce). The E-commerce leader has a big impact on the cultural and process changes within the organization and builds capability on E-commerce.

Areas of responsibility: 

  • Create E-com and activation strategies & plans to win with customers, brands & end consumers. Defining, designing and delivering the go to market strategy and ensuring plans are implemented with excellence;
  • Achieving commercial targets, such as sales, market-share and profitability, through managing a portfolio of pure player (Bol.com, Amazone)   and omnichannel (johnbeerens.com, haarshop.nl) accounts;
  • Drive turnover, traffic and usage of E-commerce platforms (B2B & B2C), i.e. achieve/exceed all key sales measures and targets;
  • Develop a Joint Business Planning and action plans with the customer, distributor and category teams, providing required strategies, financial deliverables and capabilities;
  • Develop E-commerce specific packs and promotions;
  • Create and manage commercial opportunities and develop new E-Commerce Accounts;
  • Realizing first-rate supply chain processes for E-Commerce accounts, by for instance managing inventory efficiencies, forecasting accuracy and chargebacks within E-commerce retailers.
     
  • Being a valued business partner for the leadership team of Coty (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) on the topic of E-Commerce / Digital;
  • Deliver category growth opportunities and champion Category Strategies within the designated accounts;
  • Build strategic business partnerships with E-Commerce platforms/ E-Tailers;
  • Being in touch with the Coty Professional Beauty developments, turning insights into action for your area of responsibility;
  • Contribute to Omnichannel focus inside Coty Professional Beauty. 
     
  • Align focus areas and targets with the Indirect Channel Manager;
  • Partner with the other  teams (Marketing & Finance) in order to optimize commercial success;
  • Providing feedback to the Indirect Sales Manager, the sales teams and the Leadership Team.

Education and experience

  • Minimal 5 years work experience;
  • Strong track record in delivering commercial results;
  • Proven track record in E-Commerce and/or E-retail;
  • Experience with digital marketing and (customer facing) sales experience in B2B, B2C or Retail is a plus; 
  • Experience with A-Brands.
